A remote animation studio specialising in creature and gameplay animation for games and cinematics. We create animation with strong weight, responsiveness, and clarity, designed to work seamlessly in both gameplay and cinematic contexts.

We support production with flexible, pipeline-friendly collaboration, fast iteration, and a focus on animation that delivers clear player feedback and supports game design.

Prior to founding DARK SANDWICH, our team has contributed to major titles such as Elden Ring, Gears 5, and Diablo IV, shaping us into a well-rounded team across multiple disciplines of game animation.

Our work covers keyframed animation and motion capture cleanup, from bipeds to creatures, across stylized, semi-realistic, and hyper-realistic styles, with a core strength in creature animation.

A remote team based in Malaysia, giving us the flexibility to keep costs lean and maintain a better work-life balance.
