  • Leading a team of 3D modeling artists and be an active motivator in team discussions, constructive critiques, transparent communications and in-depth reviews.
  • Model and texture high quality, high and low poly 3D content.
  • Provide reviews to the Creative Director on the progress of the work carried out by the team.
  • Suggest smart solutions when necessary so as to meet set objectives.
  • Participate in performance follow ups in collaboration with the Creative Director.
  • Manage the schedule and resources of the team and responsible for the high quality of outputs as well as timely delivery of assigned tasks for clients.
  • Training and mentoring of the team to ensure they are able grow in their respective roles and fulfil the requirements of each project.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in leading and managing teams.
  • 6 years experience in games, with a proven track record on shipped game projects.
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies and is able to identify and implement solutions to help enhance productivity within the studio.
  • Extensive experience working in Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop and other equivalent 3D software in creating 3D assets for games.
  • Work experience in Unreal Engine or other equivalent game engine.
  • Extensive knowledge of human and creatures anatomy.
  • Excellent team and communication skills.
  • Passion for making and playing innovative games.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of the technical constraints relating to real time, the 3D engines, and level editors.
